"We had a half inch pipe split on us while we were out last night. We shut off the water and called to schedule a plumber and got a call back right away. We were scheduled for about 11:00 and our plumber, John, called to see if it was OK for him to come in the morning. He had been working long hours and sounded very tired. It was really no problem for us since the water was off and we were just cleaning up the mess and he said he would arrive at 8:30 A.M. We at 8:15 we got a call from dispatch informing that John's ETA was 8:45. He was here at exactly 8:45. John was very professional and courteous. He did a great job very quickly. He gave us some great advice on helping make sure this does not happen again. I know he has been working many days in a row for long hours, but you would know it by his demeanor. He was great and just thought you should know."

"I received your $50 off next service/repair coupon. I wanted to let you know how much you actually did to help us. In 2005 Rescue Rooter came out and cleaned out a main drain. As part of the service your service person put a probe with a video camera on it and went all the way from the house to the entrance to our septic tank. We remembered that videotape when we were trying to find the lid to our septic. We watched the video, which was also narrated with exact inches/feet the probe traveled and we were able to pinpoint the lid to our septic system within 5 minutes. This was after two weeks of digging and trying to find it ourselves, before we thought of the video.
This saved us so much time and money and now we will never lose the exact location of our septic system when we need to have it pumped again.
